They come in three types:
All white flour.
50% whole wheat flour.
20% dark rye flour.
The recipe is 65% hydration.
Great for everyday use - toasted, for sandwiches, grilled cheese - or plain with butter!

This is a twist on a classic butter tart because it is made on a flaky sourdough pastry base.
It will fulfill the sweet you are craving!
Sourdough Croutons

These croutons exist because we were looking for ways to re-purpose stale sourdough.
They are crispy, light, and FULL of amazing flavour. The perfect addition to any salad - or you can snack on them like a bag of chips.

Sourdough Cinnamon Buns

Who doesn't love a good cinnamon bun?
These are a long rise item (24 hours or more), and do not contain active yeast, but they do contain a lot of flavour.
Sourdough Sandwich Loaf

Say goodbye to those grocery store loaves in plastic bags that mysteriously do not go moldy after sitting on the counter for a month. This sandwich loaf is buttery, soft and kid approved!
These are a long rise item (12 hours or more), and do not contain active yeast.
Sourdough Starter
$20.00/per jar
We will happily pull 200g off of our mother dough for you.
We are working with (what eventually became a mix of) my original starter and the Kensington 150 year old starter.
Comes in a mason jar with our logo sticker on it!
Sourdough Focaccia Bread

Focaccia bread is usually what people make when they f*** up their sourdough, but we make it on purpose.
Our sourdough focaccia bread uses the same dough as our classic loaf, with lots of olive oil and flavour.

These buns are a long-ferment item (12 hours or more), and do not contain active yeast. However, they do contain butter and are not vegan, or safe for those with a dairy allergy.

Our hybrid croissants are risen with a hybrid of natural starter and yeast. They take several days to make, and are available at random (when Mandi has time to make some).
