The Important Details

Do we have an equipment list?

Yes, we've compiled a detailed list of all the items that you are welcome to use in our kitchen. This can be provided by email after you submit a request so you can check to make sure we've got what you need. You are also welcome to bring in your own equipment to use if we're missing something.

A rental contract is required.

All renters are required to sign a rental contract with us, which will be provided by email. There is also a deposit required in order to book, which will be fully refunded as long as all the contract elements are met (proper cleaning of the facility, etc).

Food-processing renters are required to obtain their own health approval and/or permits for food production and packaging for retail food sales and for higher-risk foods sold at temporary food markets.
